Shipments and Returns



The RIDGEPRO™ leaves our warehouse within two business days and travel USPS 2-day priority mail. Currently, there are no additional options for alternative carriers. Tracking numbers are sent to the customer if an email address is supplied.
Shipping fees include all handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to delivery location and total weight of the shipment. The RIDGEPRO™ Plus is shipped in multiple packages to accommodate the large size of the extension pole. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well protected.

There is a 30-day money-back guarantee.



If you feel that you have received a defective item, or to return a new, non-defective product, please call The RIDGEPRO™ sales department at (844) 347-4343 to receive a return item number. You will have to provide your mailing address, and a return shipping label will be emailed to you. The return mailing label will be valid for three days. Packages must be dropped off at a USPS store. You will see a refund to your credit/debit card within 60 days. Returns of non-defective items after 30 days will be subject to a $25 restocking fee.
